How long does the WEB DEVELOPMENT process take from start to finish?
That depending on the scale of the project. Generally it takes 2-3 weeks. The process DOES NOT START until all assets have been submitted by the client. the client has to verify that all content has been submiteed. I will then contact with the offical start time.
What is the best way to contact you?
Generally many customers perfer to communicate over the phone. Unfortunately, I may not be in the office at that time. The absoulte best means of communication is via email. Why? Because Im able to respond quicker, and without timezone restrictions.
How many staff members do you have?
I privately employ a staff of 6 individuals. Each individual has a special or unique talent they bring to the team. Photography, motion graphics, programming, graphic design, flash authoring, & marketing. Although most work is done by me. This includes customer service, project management, & other various duties.

Good question. There are many talented designers and developers all over the world. You as the consumer have the ability to choose whomever you desire. Whats your refund policy?
Unfortantely, there is a NO REFUND POLICY. Before you get suspicious, almost all design companies work this way. This is because we sell digital goods. It would be a different case if we sold you a physical item and you could return it. With digital goods there are copyright concerns that come with project.
Do you transfer ownership of original files once I purchase?
You will own the original file you are given upon completion of product and final payement. (Example: You want a pdf and jpeg file of a poster we designed. You own the rights to those files sent.) If you wish to obtain the actually design files from the original creation software you must contact us for pricing.
