How It Works
THIS IS WHAT TO EXPECT IN REGARDS TO YOUR PROJECT.
Step 1
Client: Sends details about there project and gives an idea on what they are looking for. (ex: # of pages, mp3, video, color, type of look)
OneWay-Host: Replies with a price quote & time frame of completion once site is started.
Step 2
Client: Selects a payment option to start. Client then sends all assets regarding the site to OneWay-Host. (ex: home page, about, contact, pictures, & any other info.) Time frame for completion does not start until client has sent all assets. From there the client must acknowledge that everything is sent before time is started.
OneWay-Host: Provides a sitemap to get client idea of the site structure. Then design phase begins.
Step 3
OneWay-Host: Sends client design layout for approval. Client only has 2 revisions that can be done. Once client approves design, the design layout is final and the project goes into coding phase of development. If client decides he/she wants changes to layout after its been approved, additional fees apply.
Step 4
OneWay-Host: Implements design into CMS (if applicable). Then adds customer assets to layout (ex: home, pics, mp3s, and other info). Once this is complete client must approve content added.
Client: Once customer approves content the site is offically ready for launch. Site does not go live onto web unless total balance owed is PAID IN FULL.
